Senior Customer Service Representative Order Management

To enhance the successful Customer Service Team in Leoben and Fehring, Austria, AT&S is looking for a passionate Senior Customer Service Representative Order Management.

In this role, you will lead the coordination of customer service and order management activities for assigned customers, ensuring excellent service and a smooth order-to-cash process. You will act as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication and execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer service-related topics for assigned customers
• Manage customer orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations throughout the order-to-cash process
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data, including customer, material, and pricing information
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to provide timely customer support
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
• Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
• Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
• Provide relevant customer and operational insights to support customer meetings and business decisions

Your Profile

• Background in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain Coordination, or a related field
• Strong experience in customer-facing operations, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in project coordination, process improvement initiatives, or informal leadership responsibilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as MS Office applications
• Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
