About Our Offer

• Salary of 2100 € gross per month, plus a cost of living allowance of €300 gross per month on top of your salary. Please note that accommodation is not included.

About The Job

• Deliver exceptional service to guests from the moment they arrive and make sure they go home happy, including preparations before they arrive.
• Plan all guest transfers from airport to resort and back again, within budget, making sure the best possible service is offered.
• Monitor flights and work with airport management and suppliers to react to flight time changes and resolve issues promptly.
• Deal with lost property and help guests get their possessions returned to them.
• Collate feedback from colleagues in resort to ensure the guest journey is as smooth as possible and distribute feedback to suppliers.
• Work predominately on the bespoke transfer system and Microsoft Excel.
• Verify supplier invoices and liaise with the accounts department to ensure they are paid promptly.
• Support colleagues in resort with the setup and co-ordination of excursions, après and experiences program.

About You

• You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life but like the structure of an office role.
• You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and a true people person who displays resilience.
• You have digital know-how and are willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed and the Crystal Ski products and services.
• You are efficient and organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• You are confident when dealing with challenging situations, can think on your feet, spot potential problems quickly and use your initiative to provide solutions.
• You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines.
• Fluent verbal and written English is required and, depending on where you are based, strong language skills in an operational destination language such as French, German, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish.
