Your mission

As Lead Marketing Campaigns, you will drive the vision and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement, brand relevance, and business growth. You will bring teams together around clear priorities, compelling messaging, and insight-led plans. You will champion a data-driven approach to continuously improve campaign impact and build scalable best practices.

What you’ll do

• Strategy and Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns, driving the vision for customer engagement and business growth.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration across diverse teams including Brand, Creative, CRM, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, and regional departments.
• Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies to ensure clear priorities and compelling execution.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor campaign success and implement optimizations based on key insights.
• Operations and Mentorship: Manage budgets, priorities, and stakeholder alignment while establishing best practices and mentoring team members.

Who you are

• Extensive experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Experience within fintech, technology, or consumer digital products is highly desirable.
