Completed business apprenticeship or HAK diploma
In-depth knowledge of BMD NTCS
Experience in the tourism, hotel, and hospitality industries in the accounting field is a plus
At least 5-10 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting
Experience with the Mews booking program and point-of-sale systems (Bizzon) is a plus
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Excellent computer skills, MS Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Accurate and meticulous work habits required
Ability to work independently and a high level of commitment

Independently handling the day-to-day financial accounting for our hotel and hospitality companies
Preparing owner statements, invoicing and bookkeeping
Preparatory work for the monthly and annual financial statements of the respective operating companies
Preparing internal allocations and verifying them
Ongoing posting of business transactions, cash, banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Management of accounts receivable and dunning notices
Preparation of payment runs
Participating in other projects, including the digitization of accounting

Fixed working hours, core hours, Fridays until 12:00 PM
40 hours, 5 days per week
