What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in sales or in the hotel industry, ideally in leisure sales
• Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, tour operators and leisure markets
• Ideally an existing network of companies and agencies for incentives and group travel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a talent for networking and relationship building.
• Independent, results-oriented approach to work and strong organizational skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.

Your tasks:

• Customer acquisition and support: building and maintaining relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and other B2B customers in the leisure segment.
• Sales and revenue growth: Development and implementation of sales strategies, negotiation of prices and creation of individual group offers.
• Market analysis and strategy: Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to optimize sales activities.
• Setting up and planning events to incentivize bookings in the off-season.
• Representation of the company: Participation in trade fairs, workshops, sales trips and events to acquire new customers.
• Reporting and target tracking: Preparation of sales reports and monitoring of targets with appropriate measures.
