Role Purpose
As a Controller, you will take full financial controlling responsibility for several group companies within Kapsch. Acting as a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing, you will work closely with operational teams and actively drive digitalization, automation, and the use of modern analytics and BI solutions in Finance.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Independent controlling responsibility for multiple legal entities
- Acting as Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing
- Project controlling, including planning, monitoring, and financial steering
- Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of management reports, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans
- Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reports, for example Power BI
- Active support in the automation and digitalization of data flows, reporting solutions, and financial and controlling processes
- Application of advanced analytics and AI-based approaches to improve transparency and decision-making
- Close collaboration with cost center managers and operational stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- 5-7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as a Controller or Finance Business Partner
- Strong expertise in data and systems, in particular Power BI and reporting or analytics tools
- Infor experience is a strong advantage
- Experience with automation and AI-based solutions is a plus
- Production controlling experience and IFRS knowledge are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a business partnering mindset
- Very good written and spoken German and English
