Key Tasks

• You analyze business processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
• You facilitate internal process workshops.
• You identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with leading experts and management.
• You analyze current as-is processes and support the definition of future to-be processes.
• You define process improvement projects, including solution concepts, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit analyses and stakeholder analyses.
• You support the Process Board through consolidation, standardized evaluation, prioritization recommendations and portfolio management of all process improvement projects.

Key Qualifications

• Several years of knowledge and/or experience in the field of business process and change management.
• Degree in business administration or a technical field, preferably with a focus on process management.
• Experience with process portals such as ADONIS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a pronounced service and support mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance.
• Goal-oriented, self-reliant working style and a structured approach.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Salary

The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 43,529 gross per year based on a 38.5 hour week, plus market-oriented overpayment depending on professional qualifications and experience.
