CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS & GRAPHIC DESIGN (f/m/d)

We are looking for a creative and motivated professional to join our team in Wels, taking responsibility for a broad range of marketing activities as well as the associated administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content and graphic design of sales documents, presentations, project references, and award submissions
• Planning, organizing, and supporting trade fair appearances, in-house exhibitions, and customer events
• Media planning and content and graphic design of advertisements
• Creation of press releases, articles, and case studies for the trade and business press as well as for suppliers
• Conceptualization and graphic design of printed materials, advertising materials, labels etc.
• Design and implementation of direct marketing projects, mailing campaigns, newsletters etc.
• Maintenance of social media channels and the internal communication platform as well as the website
• Proactive creation of content for social media posts and visual storytelling
• Meeting deadlines and monitoring corporate identity
• Continuous collaboration with managing directors, heads of department, sales office, sales, technology, 3D design, agencies and print shops
• Performing administrative tasks including memberships, sponsoring activities, templates and forms, invoice approvals and budget monitoring

YOUR PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Experience with WordPress, newsletter systems and After Effects is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Excellent command of German and English
• Good sense for trends as well as the needs of key decision-makers
• Office-based position in Wels, Austria
