Responsibilities

Join TeamViewer's student community with over 130 ambitious students to learn, make an impact, and develop your career.

• Support the optimization and streamlining of procurement processes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and assist in implementing technology solutions to enhance procurement operations
• Assist in evaluating and reengineering existing procurement processes to contribute to improved efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced quality
• Contribute to data and analytics efforts to facilitate informed procurement decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure alignment of procurement processes with regulatory and company compliance standards
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute ideas for innovation in procurement
• Contribute to the active management of catalogues, marketplaces, master data, and contracts based on defined strategies

Requirements

• Enrolled student at a university or college in business administration, economics, procurement or another related subject
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Organized and process-oriented way of working
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
