Your mission

As Senior Product Marketing Specialist for Bitpanda’s Crypto & Advanced Trading products, you will be responsible for driving positioning, adoption, and engagement across Bitpanda's core crypto and advanced trading offerings. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to design go-to-market strategies and compelling narratives that resonate with users.

What you’ll do

• Strategy & Positioning: Own and execute the comprehensive product marketing strategy and unique value positioning for Bitpanda’s full crypto and advanced trading product suite.
• Track and analyse funnel health and user behaviour across crypto investor segments, developing strategies to boost acquisition, activity, and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives, from product launches to ongoing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, reinforce trust, and drive deeper engagement.
• Set up reporting and analytics frameworks to measure adoption, retention, and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Who you are

• Proven product marketing experience, with fintech or crypto strongly preferred, and a focus on crypto products.
• Deep understanding of crypto user behaviour and market dynamics, paired with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing credibility.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience measuring funnel health and campaign performance.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to differentiate Bitpanda’s crypto products in a competitive market.
