• Responsibility for ensuring smooth office operations and a professional work environment. 
• Organizing day-to-day office operations with a focus on efficient processes and a pleasant work atmosphere. 
• Planning and organizing business trips, meetings, and internal events. 
• Coordinating suppliers, service providers, and orders. 
• Supporting HR and management with organizational and administrative matters. 
• Assisting guests and serving as the first point of contact for colleagues on all office-related matters. 
• Contributing your own ideas for the further development and optimization of our internal processes.

• Completed business education (HAK, HAS, or equivalent).
• Ideally, at least 2–3 years of professional experience in office management, as an assistant, or in a comparable position.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and reliable work style.
• High level of initiative, a hands-on approach, and the ability to set priorities and carry out tasks independently.
• A friendly, professional attitude, a passion for working with people, and a strong service orientation.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as a strong affinity for digital workflows.
• Very good English skills (English is our corporate language) as well as very good German skills for communicating with external partners

Appropriate and performance-related remuneration (monthly gross salary according to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of automatic data processing and information technology services) of at least € 2.547,-- (AT/Einstiegsstufe). Of course, there is the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
