Your Responsibilities

Technical Ownership: Act as SPOC for all technical aspects of DTE platform deployment and maintenance.
Oversee back-end architecture, integrations and system performance.
B2B2C System Enablement: Support regional execution by aligning technical solutions with market objectives and provide guidance for localization and compliance.
Platform Management: Manage CMS and Salesforce Community Cloud configurations.
Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics and Salesforce reporting, translating insights into recommendations and continuous improvements.
Quality and Security: Implement best practices for data security, privacy and system resilience, and conduct regular audits and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with B2B Digital Teams, Deployment Experts and IT teams to resolve technical challenges and provide training and documentation.

Your Profile

Completed studies in Business Informatics, IT or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in website management, systems maintenance or digital solutions.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Confluence; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Agility, open communication style and strong analytical thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and website back-end management is an advantage.
German language skills at B2-C1 level and fluency in English.
