Your tasks
- Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting including travel accounting
- Processing entries and exits as well as checking the payroll of leasing employees
- Ongoing personnel administration entries/leavings, sick leave, vacation and master data maintenance
- Administration of the time recording system
- Supporting employees with employment and social security issues
- Interface function to external service providers and authorities including ÖGK, AMS, GKK and tax office
- Cross-team consulting and cooperation with the CoEs at the head office
- Implementation of ongoing reporting monthly and quarterly
- Preparatory activities for budget planning
- Collaboration on annual financial statements and preparation of statutory annual reports
- Further development of reporting structures
- Collaboration on projects to improve internal processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Payroll accounting examination
- Several years of relevant professional experience, if possible in an industrial environment
- Excellent IT skills
- SAP knowledge HR desirable
- Experience with Workday an advantage
- Sound knowledge of labor and social law
- Structured and accurate way of working
- Reliability, ability to work under pressure, team player

Gross salary per month, for 38.5 hours/week: 3.720,00 EUR to 4.300,00 EUR
