Your Mission

As Senior Atlassian Engineer, you will drive architectural strategy at enterprise scale for a high-growth fintech ecosystem. You will serve as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams, solve complex integration challenges, build advanced automations and shape the governance model to support fast-moving business needs. You will also mentor junior engineers and help elevate the team’s technical capability.

What You’ll do

• Lead Architecture & Governance: Design, configure and optimise Atlassian Cloud products at enterprise scale while establishing standardised configurations, schemes and governance models.
• Drive Advanced Solutions: Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust technical solutions from needs analysis to delivery and documentation.
• Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Design advanced Jira reports, high-level dashboards and customised planning views for leadership and business units.
• Automate & Integrate: Build advanced automations and integrations with enterprise tools using third-party apps and REST APIs.
• Mentorship & Enablement: Conduct specialised training, advocate Atlassian best practices and mentor junior team members.

Who You Are

• You have mastered Atlassian Cloud systems and understand how to architect them for scale.
• You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, engineering and scaling Atlassian Cloud systems in a large, fast-paced enterprise or scale-up environment, plus several years as a Business IT Engineer.
• You have hands-on experience with Assets, advanced automation, JMWE, ScriptRunner and REST APIs.
• Experience with Extension for JSM, EazyBI and Xray is highly desired, as well as scripting in Groovy, JavaScript or Python.
• You are strong in stakeholder management, consulting with internal users and steering teams toward sustainable best practices.
