Certified Accountant (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

Independent management of day-to-day accounting, including asset accounting, and preparation of annual financial statements up to the preliminary balance sheet in accordance with UGB.
Responsible for monthly and annual financial closings.
Preparation of reports and further development of cost accounting.
Dunning and receivables management.
Payment processing and transactions.
Preparation of monthly VAT returns (UVA).
Assisting with the budgeting process.
Key point of contact for all operational accounting matters and tax queries.
Optimization of ongoing accounting processes and identification of potential for automation.

Requirements

Certified Senior Accountant qualification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung).
Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in a tax advisory or accounting firm.
Proficiency in BMD NTCS and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Independent and structured working style.
Excellent affinity for numbers and strong attention to detail.
High level of commitment, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
Strong communication skills.
Resilient under pressure and highly reliable.
Strong willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
Very good command of written and spoken English.
