PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions GmbH is an investment banking company based in 1010 Vienna. We structure capital raising and M&A transactions for medium-sized companies. In our market segments we are among the market leaders in the DACH region.

You would like to gain first practical experience during your studies and are looking for an entry into investment banking? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Research Analyst on a part-time basis (10/20 hours per week - HYBRID) as soon as possible.

Communication related to M&A deals, markets, and the economy

At PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions, we support mid-sized companies in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions - that is, in the sale of companies, the entry of new investors, or corporate acquisitions.

From our office in the Old Vienna Stock Exchange, we work on transactions in German-speaking countries with an international context.

To ensure these topics are communicated professionally, clearly, and effectively, we are looking to expand our team in the PR & Communications department.

Your Role

As a PR & Communications Manager, you will support the communications efforts surrounding our M&A activities including company sales, investments, and strategic transactions.

You will serve as the link between the deal team, market analysis, and external communications, helping to present projects, market insights, and transactions in a clear and understandable way.

A large part of your work will involve creating content, researching economic topics, and communicating complex information clearly.

Your Responsibilities

Content & Public Relations

• Drafting and editing press releases regarding M&A transactions
• Supporting external communications related to completed deals
• Helping to develop a consistent communication strategy for M&A activities
• Preparing business-related content for the media, website, and corporate communications
• Monitoring current M&A transactions in the DACH region and internationally
• Researching and analyzing market trends, investor activity, and industry developments
• Preparing market updates, deal overviews, and brief analyses

Presentations & Communication Materials

• Creating and designing presentations, one-pagers, and informational materials
• Assisting with the visual and linguistic presentation of content
• Ensuring a consistent and professional communication style

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or nearing completion of a degree in journalism, communication studies, media, marketing, business, or a related field
• Interest in business, companies, and M&A
• Enjoy writing, researching, and structuring content
• Some practical experience in PR, communications, editorial work, or content creation
• Excellent command of German and English
• Structured, independent work style
• A flair for language, storytelling, and visual presentation
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Office tools
