Your mission

As Senior Product Manager for Securities & Commodities, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for core traditional financial offerings ranging from equity trading to Real-World Assets. You will translate complex capital markets infrastructure and regulatory requirements into simple, transparent trading experiences for European retail investors.

What you’ll do

• Take full product ownership of end-to-end flows within the securities and commodities domain, including equity trading, margin trading, and Real-World Assets.
• Define detailed specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines as the core product lead across cross-functional teams.
• Connect front-end investing interfaces with complex back-end technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure.
• Translate regulatory, market, and clearing topics into intuitive, transparent, and trust-building retail user experiences.
• Drive shipping velocity, task completion, and on-time feature delivery with Engineering and Business Operations.
• Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to optimize product performance and user engagement.

Who you are

• 4+ years of Product Management experience building retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms, ideally within a MiFID II or regulated fintech or banking context.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and taxation.
• Practical knowledge of market infrastructure including stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries.
• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating financial, technical, and regulatory topics into product direction.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and high-ownership approach suited for a fast-moving environment.
