As we continue to scale and professionalize our global value chain and supply network, we are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to build and lead our Procurement & Strategic Sourcing function. In this key role, you will have the unique opportunity to establish modern procurement structures, shape strategic supplier partnerships, and create a best-in-class sourcing organization from the ground up. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring supply security, driving operational excellence, and supporting FAMETEC's continued growth and innovation.

TASKS
- Build, lead, and continuously develop the Procurement & Strategic Sourcing function.
- Develop and implement a future-oriented procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage international suppliers and establish long-term supplier partnerships with a strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and supply security.
- Establish and oversee outsourced manufacturing services, including the selection and development of external manufacturing partners.
- Lead complex RFQs/RFPs as well as price, contract, and framework agreement negotiations.
- Design and optimize modern procurement processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting structures to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Management to ensure sustainable and commercially sound procurement decisions.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
- Proven leadership experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience in international supplier management, ideally with a strong focus on China.
- Solid expertise in building procurement organizations, processes, governance structures, and KPI systems.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to drive results.
- Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel internationally.

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 70,240.10.
