Student job (f/m/x) - Group Marketing AI Delivery Team (20 h/week)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and AI-curious Working Student to support our Group Marketing AI Delivery Team. You will help turn AI ideas into well-prepared, transparent and scalable delivery initiatives by keeping documentation reliable, preparing stakeholder meetings, supporting knowledge management and contributing to AI enablement activities.
This role is ideal for a student who combines strong organisational skills with a genuine understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical business potential.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Support the creation, maintenance and improvement of clear documentation for AI use cases, processes, requirements and lessons learned using Confluence and SharePoint.
- Meeting Preparation & Coordination: Help prepare agendas, pre-reads and input materials, structure stakeholder feedback and document key decisions and deadlines, support meeting facilitation.
- AI Use-Case & Delivery Support: Assist with structuring AI use-case submissions, preparing concise materials, researching AI trends and using approved AI tools for research, documentation and content-related tasks.
- Training Support: Support the planning of trainings and workshops, help prepare learning materials and collect feedback.
Your core competencies
- Studies & Interest in AI: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, Communication or a related field and have a strong interest in the practical use of AI in business.
- Organisation & Communication: You are organised, reliable, detail-oriented and able to structure information clearly.
- Collaboration & Ownership: You enjoy coordinating tasks, working with stakeholders, following up on actions and asking questions when needed.
- Languages & Tools: You communicate confidently in English, German is a plus, and you have experience with Confluence, SharePoint and AI tools. GitHub or basic technical skills are a plus.
