Your tasks

• You identify exciting new partners and cooperation opportunities, bring in your own ideas, and turn them into new deals
• You develop creative marketing and activation concepts that bring brands to life across our relevant online and offline touchpoints
• You take ownership of the operational backworking of ongoing cooperations – from proposals, timelines and alignments to asset coordination, reporting and performance tracking
• You bring partners and internal teams such as Product, Content, Buying, Design, E-Commerce, Retail and Event Marketing together and make sure ideas turn into strong integrated activations
• You actively help shape our Brand Cooperations Strategy as part of Integrated Marketing and translate partnerships into relevant campaigns, activations and customer touchpoints
• You ensure structured planning and transparent communication across ongoing cooperations and help us continuously improve processes and workflows

Our requirements

• Several years professional experience in Brand Partnerships, Marketing Cooperations, Account Management, Sales, Project Management or a comparable field
• A strong sense for youth culture, social media, trends, relevant brands and hype moments, as well as an understanding of what matters to our customers – and the ability to turn these insights into relevant activation ideas that drive joint growth for Blue Tomato and our partners
• Ideally, a strong network within the boardsports, streetwear and/or fashion industry
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to independently drive projects forward and bring different stakeholders together
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as confidence when working with internal and external partners
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is a plus, but not a must
