Your role:
- You will be responsible for independently managing an existing international client portfolio - with focus on the market of Czech Republic - and developing business relationships over the long term in a spirit of partnership.
- Together with international departments, you will prepare data, analyses, and reports and derive relevant insights for your clients.
- You will present results and recommendations to various contacts and support them in concluding concrete actions for their business.
- For ongoing issues and individual concerns, you will serve as the central point of contact, understand the respective requirements, and work together to develop suitable solutions.
- Through regular communication with your clients, you’ll gain a deep understanding of their business models and identify opportunities to further develop the existing partnership, without a traditional cold-calling approach.
- As the central point of contact between clients and international departments, you’ll coordinate information, bring together different perspectives, and ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge.
Your Profile:
- Ideally you have completed a degree or education in business, economics or a related field and bring several years of experience in (key) account management, relationship management, consulting or a comparable client-focused, advisory services environment.
- At least very good czech and english language skills are required, ideally complemented with good german, french or polish communication skills, which enable you to communicate confidently with international stakeholders.
- A strong analytical mindset allows you to structure and interpret data and information, identify key connections and derive clear, well-founded recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, combined with the ability to present analysis results in a clear, structured and compelling way, is essential for this role.
