As CFO of A1 Digital, you will report to the A1 Digital CEO and be responsible for the financial direction and performance of A1 Digital International GmbH & Co KG, A1 Digital Deutschland GmbH, A1 Digital Spain S.L. and Akenes SA. Your scope includes planning and analysis, reporting, audits, compliance, banking, logistics, procurement and facilities management.
You will work closely with the A1 Digital CEO and the Group Finance Director and be part of the A1 Digital Leadership Team. You will lead a Finance team of around 15 people across Austria, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities
- Take on the role of Managing Director for A1 Digital International GmbH & Co KG and A1 Digital Deutschland GmbH, and join the Supervisory Board of Akenes SA.
- Lead the Finance team and take ownership of financial performance and the P&L.
- Oversee Finance and Operations, including Accounting, Controlling, Revenue Assurance, Customer Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Internal Audit.
- Put clear financial controls in place, reduce risk and improve working capital.
- Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, shareholders and external partners.
- Manage financial controls, cash flow, banking relationships and the balance sheet.
- Meet Group and local requirements and provide shareholders with clear, accurate and timely reporting.
- Simplify the finance systems landscape and introduce modern tools and solutions.
Your Profile
- Strong 10+ years of experience in a finance management role.
- Prior experience as Finance Director or CFO, preferably in a technology, production and/or B2C/B2B related business.
- University degree; MBA or similar qualification.
- Strong interest in technology, automation and digital tools.
- Solid experience across Finance and Operations, including accounting, controlling, procurement, negotiations, logistics, liquidity management and compliance.
- Good business judgment, strategic thinking and a clear focus on profitable growth.
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent German and English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.

The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 84.826,00. The actual annual salary depends on skills and experience.
