As Vice President Quality Management, you will be responsible for KTM's global quality strategy. You will further develop quality standards, strengthen collaboration across the supply chain, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

With your strategic vision, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of quality management, you will ensure that our motorcycles consistently meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer experience worldwide.

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• provide functional and disciplinary leadership while driving the strategic development of the Quality Management organization
• ensure, enhance, and standardize quality management systems, processes, methods, and quality standards
• take ownership of quality planning throughout the product development process, from development and APQP through sampling and product launch approval
• analyze quality deviations and customer complaints, implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions to improve product, process, and manufacturing quality
• monitor quality KPIs, drive reporting, and define and implement optimization measures to reduce defects, scrap rates, and rework costs
• plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and certification requirements
• collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and After-Sales Service on product innovations, problem-solving initiatives, and process improvements
• lead international quality and technology initiatives and drive the implementation and continuous advancement of innovative quality methodologies and technologies

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a relevant specialization
• several years of leadership and management experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry or high-volume serial production
• comprehensive expertise in quality management systems, quality methodologies, and relevant industry standards
• strong technical understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and production processes, as well as their quality-related interdependencies
• proven experience in both functional and disciplinary leadership, including the development and coaching of high-performing teams
• business-fluent German and English language skills, combined with strong intercultural competence in an international business environment
• strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, complemented by a hands-on approach, assertiveness, and strong execution capabilities
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a confident professional presence, and a passion for technology, innovation, and ideally the motorcycle industry
