requirements. Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the B2B warehouse partner and internal stakeholders. Performance Analysis & Improvement Analyse B2B fulfilment performance using relevant KPIs (OTIF, OOS/excess/BBD risk, order execution). Identify root causes of deviations, define corrective actions and support their implementation to meet service-level and efficiency targets. Warehouse & Capacity Management Maintain visibility of B2B stock, allocation and open orders. Support the B2B warehouse partner with capacity planning, resource allocation and prioritisation, and act as first point of contact for service-level issues.
