Are you curious about how data helps shape better workplaces and smarter people decisions? Join us as an HR Analytics Intern (full-time, 6 months) and gain hands-on experience with leading HR technologies such as Visier and SAP SuccessFactors.
You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, transform data into meaningful insights, improve employee data quality, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on the business.
This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).

Your Impact
- Help the HR team turn people data into meaningful insights
- Create and improve HR dashboards and reports that support real business decisions
- Spot trends, patterns, and opportunities in workforce data
- Make sure HR data is accurate, reliable, and ready to use
- Work with colleagues across different countries and functions to improve data quality
- Support projects that make HR processes smarter and more efficient
- Help build easy-to-use self-service reporting solutions for HR teams worldwide
- Document and share best practices

What You Bring
- Current studies in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- First practical HR experience through internships, working student positions, university projects, or similar opportunities
- Enjoyment of working with data and solving problems
- Curiosity, detail orientation, and interest in how things work
- Comfort using Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in people, HR, and turning data into insights
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Confident English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
