In this position, you will support our Strategic Technology Management & Market Research team in addressing strategic topics and contributing to the further development of our company. Your focus will be on analyzing market and technology data, monitoring relevant trends and developments, and supporting strategic projects. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical environment while gaining valuable insights into strategic business development.

AUFGABEN
- Strategic Projects: Supporting selected projects in the areas of strategy, technology, and business development
- Analysis and Research: Preparing and summarizing relevant research findings and analysis results
- Presentations and Overviews: Creating and preparing presentations, overviews, and other relevant documents
- Market and Technology Monitoring: Researching current markets, megatrends, and technological developments
PROFIL
- Currently pursuing a technical degree, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Alternatively, pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with very good technical knowledge and a strong interest in technical and strategic topics
- Currently completing a Diploma, Master’s degree, or PhD, or planning a thesis in a strategically relevant field
- Strong interest in technology and strategic business development
- Strong analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking skills
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good command of German and English

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross annual salary stipulated by the applicable collective agreement (Metal Technology Industry) is €35,963.20 based on full-time employment.
