HR Generalist - HRBP and Recruiting Support (all genders)

Your position

In this role, you will start your journey with a strong focus on recruiting and employer branding activities, while also supporting our experienced HR Business Partner in Leoben. As you grow in the role, your responsibilities will expand to cover a broader range of HR topics and stakeholder partnerships across the site and beyond.

You will work in an environment full of variety and constant learning, supporting day-to-day recruiting processes, contributing to HR operations, and taking part in group-wide projects. This position is primarily on site, as building trust and maintaining close connections with people and operations is essential. It is a client-facing role where relationships matter, so your ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and keep perspective when priorities shift will define your success.

Your tasks

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
• Handling HR operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Partnering closely with the HRBP and leaders across various levels to support daily HR topics and the annual people cycle, including talent management, succession planning, and performance reviews
• Collaborating with works council representatives and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law
• Contributing to regional and group-wide HR projects, such as system implementation and process design

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as HR generalist, ideally within a multinational matrix organization
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience with employee relations
• Comfortable engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including works council
• Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Languages: English fluent, German fluent
• Nice to have: Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment, completed labor law training such as Arbeitsrecht ExpertIn WIFI

The annual gross salary for this full-time position is EUR 65,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
