To strengthen our team on-site in Klaus, Vorarlberg (Austria) we are looking for a

Order Administration (Human*)

Your tasks:

• You support our international sales partners and are a reliable point of contact for their commercial enquiries.
• You prepare quotations and independently process customer orders.
• You support the processing of our export orders and prepare the required export and customs documents where necessary.
• You work closely with Sales and our technical support team.

Requirements:

• You have completed commercial training.
• Experience in order administration is an advantage, but not essential.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken English. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Ideally, you have experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or APplus.
• You are well organized and work independently and in a structured manner, both on your own and as part of a team.
• You maintain a clear overview, even when the workload is high.
• You have very good MS Office skills.
